The Davlex Electric 2 x 13 Litre Twin Tank Fryer is a compact twin-tank solution for restaurants, cafés, and food trucks that need dual frying capability without taking up too much counter space. Two independent 13-litre tanks with separate 3kW elements let you cook different foods simultaneously — keeping flavours separate and keeping service moving.

Each tank runs off its own 13A plug, so there's no hardwiring required and you can operate each side independently as demand dictates. Temperature control runs from 50°C to 200°C, with a high-limit automatic thermostat and micro switch safety cut-out in each head for safe, reliable operation throughout service.

Robust stainless steel construction throughout, with removable hinged heads, drain taps, folding-handle baskets, and free stainless steel lids — making cleaning at the end of service quick and easy. Backed by a 1-year parts and labour warranty plus a 5-year parts warranty, and CE certified.

For items marked as "1-2 Days Delivery," orders must be placed and paid for by 3pm the preceding day to guarantee delivery the following day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Items with longer delivery times, such as 2 - 3 Days, are sourced directly from our suppliers. While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated lead times displayed on our product pages, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

It's important to note that while most orders arrive on time, we cannot account for unforeseen transport issues or weather-related delays once the item is with the couriers.

The first delivery attempt is free for orders over £100 ex VAT. A redelivery charge will apply for failed deliveries due to absence.
Our goods in transit insurance covers your items. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.
Delivery is to the kerbside only, and drivers do not unpack or position goods.
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer to maintain the product's warranty.
For larger items, please ensure that your premises can accommodate the delivery and that you have the necessary resources to move the product to its intended location.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery during the designated time slot, re-delivery charges may apply. While our drivers aim to provide advance notice before delivery, this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that parts and labour covered under this warranty are guaranteed within the UK mainland only.

It's essential to adhere to safety regulations: all commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer, while hardwired electrical products should be fitted by a qualified electrical engineer. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the product's warranty.
