The first delivery attempt is free for orders over £100 ex VAT. A redelivery charge will apply for failed deliveries due to absence.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery during the designated time slot, re-delivery charges may apply. While our drivers aim to provide advance notice before delivery, this cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the product's warranty.
