The first delivery attempt is free for orders over £100 ex VAT. A redelivery charge will apply for failed deliveries due to absence.
Our goods in transit insurance covers your items. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.
Delivery is to the kerbside only, and drivers do not unpack or position goods.
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer to maintain the product's warranty.
For larger items, please ensure that your premises can accommodate the delivery and that you have the necessary resources to move the product to its intended location.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery during the designated time slot, re-delivery charges may apply. While our drivers aim to provide advance notice before delivery, this cannot be guaranteed.

This deposit helps cover the cost of the engineer call-out, particularly if the fault is determined to be caused by misuse, general wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or unreasonable ambient temperatures. Please note that parts and labour covered under this warranty are guaranteed within the UK mainland only.

It's essential to adhere to safety regulations: all commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer, while hardwired electrical products should be fitted by a qualified electrical engineer. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the product's warranty.
