Each tank is powered by a 3kW element with temperature control from 60°C to 240°C, giving you precise control whether you're blanching chips or finishing a full fry. Both tanks run off standard 13A plugs, so there's no hardwiring required, just plug in and get cooking. The high-limit automatic thermostat and micro switch safety cut-out give you peace of mind during a busy service.

Built from robust stainless steel with removable hinged heads, drain taps, and folding-handle baskets, this fryer is designed to be as easy to clean as it is to use. Stainless steel lids are included free of charge.

Deliveries are made free of charge between 0830 and 1800, Monday to Friday. If you require a timed delivery service, additional charges may apply.

For items marked as "1-2 Days Delivery," orders must be placed and paid for by 3pm the preceding day to guarantee delivery the following day. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Items with longer delivery times, such as 2 - 3 Days, are sourced directly from our suppliers. While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated lead times displayed on our product pages, please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

It's important to note that while most orders arrive on time, we cannot account for unforeseen transport issues or weather-related delays once the item is with the couriers.

The first delivery attempt is free for orders over £100 ex VAT. A redelivery charge will apply for failed deliveries due to absence.
Our goods in transit insurance covers your items. Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.
Delivery is to the kerbside only, and drivers do not unpack or position goods.
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer to maintain the product's warranty.
For larger items, please ensure that your premises can accommodate the delivery and that you have the necessary resources to move the product to its intended location.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivery during the designated time slot, re-delivery charges may apply. While our drivers aim to provide advance notice before delivery, this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that parts and labour covered under this warranty are guaranteed within the UK mainland only.

It's essential to adhere to safety regulations: all commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer, while hardwired electrical products should be fitted by a qualified electrical engineer. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the product's warranty.
