Davlex Electric Fryer 13 Litre Single Tank

The Davlex 13 Litre Electric Single Tank Fryer gives small commercial kitchens, cafés, food trucks and catering businesses a compact countertop frying solution. Its single 13-litre tank uses a working oil fill of 6–10 litres, keeping tank capacity clearly separate from the amount of oil required.

The fryer has a 2.9kW heating element and is supplied with a 13A plug. Check that your intended electrical supply is suitable for the appliance before use.

Temperature control from 60°C to 240°C allows adjustment for the food being cooked. A high-limit automatic thermostat and micro-switch safety cut-out are included. Follow the appliance’s operating instructions and the guidance for your frying oil.

Stainless steel construction, a drain tap and a removable hinged head help simplify cleaning after service. A folding-handle basket and stainless steel lid are included.

For products covered under a "parts only" warranty, any expenses associated with replacement parts and the engagement of a qualified engineer for diagnosis and fitting are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where the warranty covers both "parts and labour," a refundable deposit will be required before an engineer can be dispatched to address any issues onsite. This deposit helps cover the cost of the engineer call-out, particularly if the fault is determined to be caused by misuse, general wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or unreasonable ambient temperatures. Please note that parts and labour covered under this warranty are guaranteed within the UK mainland only.

It's essential to adhere to safety regulations: all commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer, while hardwired electrical products should be fitted by a qualified electrical engineer. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the product's warranty.

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns regarding warranties or product installations.
